1978 - FRESHMEN
Peons again, but with moxie. When Mrs. Saik, the geometry teacher, fell
ill and was replaced with a run-of-the-mill incompetent, the class did not take
it too well. As I was walking out the door, having been asked to leave for
one comment or another, I heard Guy Massey say "Don't worry, Martin. She's
just very insecure." A few moments elapsed and then I heard Guy exiting
the class, and we made our way to Doctor Thornton's office. Upon hearing
our argument, about seven of us finished our geometry course in his office.
